Course Description

This practicum incorporates instruction to prepare students for a cultural engagement through class lectures and a research paper. Cultural awareness and sensitivity as well as an understanding of a biblical worldview of social problems are key components of instruction. Additionally, the practicum provides an opportunity to travel, working with social service providers in a non-profit organization within a culturally diverse area.
