Completion requirement

General Education

The general education requirements will follow the curriculum set forth for other University programs. Some general education requirements will be met through specific mechanical engineering requirements.

Lower Division Core Engineering Requirements (14-19 units)

Complete ALL of the following Courses:

* Junior/Senior transfer students will complete course. All other students will complete course.

Upper Division Core Engineering Requirements (15 units)

Complete ALL of the following Courses:

Lower Division Mechanical Engineering Requirements (14 units)

Complete ALL of the following Courses:

Upper Division Mechanical Engineering Requirements (37 units)

Complete ALL of the following Courses:

Three (3) additional upper division approved engineering elective units

Additional Degree Requirements (0 units)

Take an approved professional exam, such as the FE Exam.
Complete a pre-approved and supervised internship of a minimum of 200 hours with a maximum of 1200 hours.
